For more than 25 years, I have been actively working in the field of gastronomy. With a background in food engineering, I have been working as a journalist for Turkey’s leading newspapers and editor-in-chief of many important magazines for the last 15 years. I have participated in television documentary projects, presented numerous conferences, conducted in-depth interviews with chefs and consulted various brands in the gastronomy world.
